The piece
This is for the host who thinks the table should feel dressed, even when dinner is decidedly unfussy.
Clio and Clover’s Linen Scalloped Edged Placemats come as a set of four, cut in a generous 40 x 40 cm shape with a white embroidered scalloped border that gives each place setting a playful sense of occasion. Made from 100% linen, they soften further with every wash while retaining the strength that makes linen so suited to regular use.
Choose Cherry Red or Emerald Green, then add simple plates and let the edges do the charming. A lovely hostess gift for someone who is always finding a reason to set the table.
