We want you to love every gift from Fête. If something isn’t quite right, we make returns and exchanges easy.

Return Window

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Free Returns & Exchanges

We offer free return shipping for all returns, exchanges, and store credit requests. A prepaid shipping label will be provided once your return is approved through our online portal.

How to Start a Return

Visit our Returns Center to start your return or exchange. Simply enter your order number and email address to begin.

Return Instructions

1. Securely pack items. If available, please use original packaging.

2. Attach your return label to the package.

3. Drop off the package within 30 days at your nearest carrier location.

4. We’ll issue your refund, gift card, or exchange once we approve your return.

Condition of Items

Returned items must be:

• Unused and in their original packaging

• In the same condition as received
  

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds and credits typically process within 5–10 business days after approval.

Gifts

If you received a gift and wish to make a return, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your item.
