Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I use multiple payment methods on one order?

At this time, we can only accept one form of payment per order.

When will I be charged?

Your payment method will be charged once your order is confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only (excluding US territories).

How much does shipping cost?

We offer:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150
  • $8 Flat Rate Standard Shipping for orders under $150
  • Express Shipping calculated by carrier based on package weight and dimensions
  • Overnight Shipping calculated by carrier based on package weight and dimensions
    Orders with oversized items or hazardous materials (e.g., certain candles or sprays) may ship via economy and are not eligible for express or overnight shipping.
When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Express and overnight orders placed before 3pm ET ship the same day if it is a business day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also log in to your Fête account to view order status anytime.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Oh no — that's never the moment we want you to have when the box arrives. Write to us at support@fete.com within 7 days with your order number and a few photos of the damage (the outer packaging too, if you can). We'll take it from there and make things right.

Tracking says delivered, but nothing's here. Help!

A few quick places to look — most missing packages turn up within a day:

  • Entryways, side doors, porches, garages, and with building staff or a doorman
  • With neighbors, or anyone else in the household who may have tucked it inside
  • The shipping address on your order confirmation, just to be sure
  • And give it 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark things delivered a touch early

Still nowhere to be found? Send us a note at support@fete.com with your order number and we'll open a trace with the carrier right away. These typically take 3–5 business days, and we'll be in touch as soon as we hear back — sooner, if we can.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

We offer returns, exchanges, or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are free.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Visit our Returns Portal to begin. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions.

When will I receive my refund or exchange?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Exchanges and store credit are issued as soon as your return is scanned in transit.

Gifting & Gift Wrap
Can I include a gift message?

Yes! Add a personalized message at checkout. We’ll use a vintage typewriter for your note on our signature Fête stationery and include it with your order.

Do you offer gift wrap?

Absolutely. Choose our premium gift box option at checkout to make your present extra special.

Will prices be included in the package?

Gift orders will exclude pricing, making them gift-ready.

Products & Availability
An item I love is sold out. Will it come back?

Many of our curated pieces are limited edition, but we occasionally restock favorites. Sign up for back-in-stock alerts on the product page to be the first to know.

Account & Support
Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account, however, lets you view order history, manage returns, and save favorite items.
