Description

This is for the person who notices weight before design, even if they don’t say it out loud.

The Flatware Angra Stainless Steel Bamboo (8) by Tania Bulhões takes a familiar silhouette and softens it with bamboo-inspired detailing that reads tactile rather than decorative. The stainless steel has enough weight to feel deliberate in hand, without becoming formal.

It settles easily into everyday use, but feels equally at home on a set table. The kind of upgrade that changes perception through repetition rather than attention.

Items: 8 Items including 1 Table Fork, 1 Table Spoon, 1 Table Knife, 1 Dessert Fork, 1 Dessert Spoon, 1 Dessert Knife, 1 Tea Spoon and 1 Expresso Spoon.

Care Guide: Dishwasher Safe, Not Microwave Safe.

Care

Gold banding and hand painting mean no microwave, ever, and no dishwasher if you want the gold to stay gold. Warm water, mild soap, dry it properly, put it back in rotation. The body itself was fired past anything your kitchen can do to it. The decoration is the delicate part, and even that survives ordinary Tuesdays.

Tania Bulhões

“Inspired by nature and the world"

Tania Bulhões opened a small shop in Uberaba, in the interior of Minas Gerais, in 1989. It sold plates, paintings, whatever came in. Somewhere in there she worked out that the plates were the point. São Paulo followed in 1991.
