ANŪT Cairo
Egypt by hand: ceramics, glass, and embroidery.

Meet the Maker
Made by hand under the Egyptian sky
Founded in Cairo in 2024 by Goya Gallagher, ANŪT takes its name from Nut, the Egyptian goddess of the sky. The team chose her for the brand's commitment to the women artisans it hires and trains. Gallagher has lived in Egypt for decades, and the whole project runs on one conviction: an object made by hand carries the story of the people who made it.
In an era built for speed, that slowness is the point. These are pieces meant to live on your table, not behind glass.
"In a world that seems to be in a race toward efficiency, the act of individually crafting something by hand feels almost heroic." — Goya Gallagher, founder
